Amplifier board for JBL CS100 (CS6100 system)

The CS100 is the 150 W RMS (300 W peak) powered subwoofer of JBL's CS6100 home cinema system — class D, 4 Ω load, 10-inch driver. Its plate amplifier exists in 120 V and 230 V versions; the original service manual covers both, and we rebuild to those documents.

The boards carry drawing numbers 104-A05078A00V and E59670; the latter is silk-screened CLASS-D POWER MODULE on the original. The complete bill of materials — 180+ lines of Harman/JBL-internal part numbers — is in our production data, so component substitutions are made only where an original part is unavailable, and noted on the test sheet.

A heavily used board in the North American and European second-hand market, where CS6100 systems still change hands regularly. Bulk pricing is available for repair shops that see this platform repeatedly.

Questions that come up before a first order

Will this board fit my unit without modification?

Yes, if your model appears in the fitment list above. The boards are rebuilt from the original production drawings, so footprint, mounting holes and connector set match the original. If your model is not listed, use the model matcher or send us a photo — we answer before you order.

What warranty do I get?

24 months from delivery against manufacturing defect, for both consumer and trade buyers. A board that fails in normal use is replaced rather than debated.

How do I know whether I need the power board, the amplifier board or the control board?

Measure the supply rails first. If the correct DC voltage is present at the amplifier input, the supply is healthy and the fault is downstream. If the unit is completely dead, start with the supply — and remember the control board supervises start-up, so a replaced supply that still will not start points at the control board. If you are unsure, send us a photo and we will tell you before you order.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes. We ship worldwide, but EU and UK orders ship from local stock with duties and import VAT settled by us. Orders to other regions may attract local duties payable on delivery.

Can I buy a single board if I'm not a business?

Of course. Trade pricing starts at 10 units, but private customers and individual technicians order single boards every day at the retail price shown.
