The SG3525-based SMPS control module (drawing 104-A05317C00V) that governs the supply. Third board of the same subwoofer — often the actual culprit when a replaced supply still will not start.

The HKTS subwoofer platform splits its electronics across three boards: power supply (104-A05317B00V), power amplifier (104A05317A00V) and this control/driver board (104-A05317C00V, assembly 051-A05317C-E). The control board carries the SG3525 PWM controller that actually runs the switch-mode supply.

It matters for repair economics: if a supply was replaced and the subwoofer still will not start, the fault is very often here, not on the supply itself. The original manual also lists a separate LFE switch assembly, 051-A05317D-E, which we can quote on request.

Bare board and assembled versions are available; the board follows the original double-sided 1.6 mm process.

Will this board fit my unit without modification?

Yes, if your model appears in the fitment list above. The boards are rebuilt from the original production drawings, so footprint, mounting holes and connector set match the original. If your model is not listed, use the model matcher or send us a photo — we answer before you order.

What warranty do I get?

24 months from delivery against manufacturing defect, for both consumer and trade buyers. A board that fails in normal use is replaced rather than debated.

How do I know whether I need the power board, the amplifier board or the control board?

Measure the supply rails first. If the correct DC voltage is present at the amplifier input, the supply is healthy and the fault is downstream. If the unit is completely dead, start with the supply — and remember the control board supervises start-up, so a replaced supply that still will not start points at the control board. If you are unsure, send us a photo and we will tell you before you order.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes. We ship worldwide, but EU and UK orders ship from local stock with duties and import VAT settled by us. Orders to other regions may attract local duties payable on delivery.

Can I buy a single board if I'm not a business?

Of course. Trade pricing starts at 10 units, but private customers and individual technicians order single boards every day at the retail price shown.
