The JBL SUB140P/230 is a 120 W powered subwoofer whose electronics consist of a power-source board (051-A05322B-E) and an amplifier board (051-A05322A-E). We hold the complete original bill of materials for the power source — every Harman-internal part number from the 118-… SMD resistor series down to the harness wires — and rebuild the board to it.

Because we manufacture from the original documentation rather than from a sacrificed unit, tolerances and process follow the factory sheet: double-sided FR4 1.6 mm, green solder mask, HASL, white silkscreen.

Paired with our SUB140/230 amplifier board, this covers the two boards that account for practically every electronics failure of this subwoofer.

Will this board fit my unit without modification?

Yes, if your model appears in the fitment list above. The boards are rebuilt from the original production drawings, so footprint, mounting holes and connector set match the original. If your model is not listed, use the model matcher or send us a photo — we answer before you order.

What warranty do I get?

24 months from delivery against manufacturing defect, for both consumer and trade buyers. A board that fails in normal use is replaced rather than debated.

How do I know whether I need the power board, the amplifier board or the control board?

Measure the supply rails first. If the correct DC voltage is present at the amplifier input, the supply is healthy and the fault is downstream. If the unit is completely dead, start with the supply — and remember the control board supervises start-up, so a replaced supply that still will not start points at the control board. If you are unsure, send us a photo and we will tell you before you order.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes. We ship worldwide, but EU and UK orders ship from local stock with duties and import VAT settled by us. Orders to other regions may attract local duties payable on delivery.

Can I buy a single board if I'm not a business?

Of course. Trade pricing starts at 10 units, but private customers and individual technicians order single boards every day at the retail price shown.
