This is the power amplifier board of the same subwoofer platform: original assembly numbers 050-A05317A-E (SMD side) and 051-A05317A-E (full assembly), rebuilt to the bare-board drawing 104A05317A00V. The core audio chain is a STA309A audio DSP feeding a STA516B class-D output stage, with an R5F211A4 microcontroller handling standby and protection logic.

When a HKTS subwoofer powers up, shows its LED and produces no output, the supply is usually fine and this board has failed — a fault that is misdiagnosed as a supply problem surprisingly often. Measuring the supply rails at the amplifier input settles the question in one minute.

The board is double-sided FR4 1.6 mm with HASL finish and vias exposed, per the original process. It drives the original 8-inch 4 Ω 200 W driver without any rewiring. Will this board fit my unit without modification?

Yes, if your model appears in the fitment list above. The boards are rebuilt from the original production drawings, so footprint, mounting holes and connector set match the original. If your model is not listed, use the model matcher or send us a photo — we answer before you order.

What warranty do I get?

24 months from delivery against manufacturing defect, for both consumer and trade buyers. A board that fails in normal use is replaced rather than debated.

How do I know whether I need the power board, the amplifier board or the control board?

Measure the supply rails first. If the correct DC voltage is present at the amplifier input, the supply is healthy and the fault is downstream. If the unit is completely dead, start with the supply — and remember the control board supervises start-up, so a replaced supply that still will not start points at the control board. If you are unsure, send us a photo and we will tell you before you order.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes. We ship worldwide, but EU and UK orders ship from local stock with duties and import VAT settled by us. Orders to other regions may attract local duties payable on delivery.

Of course. Trade pricing starts at 10 units, but private customers and individual technicians order single boards every day at the retail price shown.
