Boards our customers ask for most

Every listing below is manufactured by us, held in EU stock, and drop-in compatible with the models listed. Compatibility is verified on a real unit — not copied from a seller's claim.

Find the replacement board for your model

Type the model exactly as printed on the back of the cabinet — for example HKTS 210 SUB or JBL SUB140P. We match on partial input too.

The problem

Manufacturers walk away after 7 years. Your customers don't.

A HKTS 200 SUB sold in 2012 is now 14 years old — exactly when its power board fails. The brand stopped supplying the part, the whole system is otherwise fine, and the owner is left searching forums at 1 a.m.

The board, not the speaker

Almost every "dead" subwoofer we see is a failed power or amplifier board. Cabinets, drivers and crossovers usually have decades left in them.

Salvage yields are drying up

Second-hand boards are 10–15 years old too. Pulling a used board just resets the failure clock — and the supply of donor units shrinks every year.

"No parts available" loses the sale

A repair shop that can source a board keeps the customer, the labour revenue and the reputation. One that can't sends them to a new system — sold by someone else.

OEM prices are unhinged

Where a genuine board is still findable it is often priced above a complete second-hand unit — which makes the repair economically absurd.

How it works

From a dead cabinet to a working one

We run the whole loop in-house: procurement of a reference unit, reverse engineering, small-batch production, bench testing, and EU-compliant shipping.

Identify

We buy a working or repairable reference unit and strip the board out. Where possible we cross-check against the OEM schematic or a second unit.

Week 1–2

Reverse-engineer

Layer-by-layer board reconstruction, full BOM extraction, and targeted upgrades at the components that fail first — not a blind copy.

Week 2–4

Produce & burn in

Small-batch assembly, 230 V bench test on every unit, thermal burn-in, and a test sheet that ships in the box.

Week 4–6

Ship & support

EU warehouse stock, same-day dispatch, 24-month warranty, and a technical contact who has actually repaired the model you are working on.

We don't compete on price against the cheapest board on a marketplace — we supply the discontinued model nobody else tooled up for. That is what keeps your repair bench busy and your shelves differentiated.

  • White-label packing available — ship it as your own part
  • Fitment data sheet and failure-mode notes with every batch

Repair knowledge

Diagnostic guides written from the bench

Free, genuinely useful fault-finding notes for the models we cover. They rank, they get shared in forums, and they are the reason technicians come back to buy the board.

Compliance & risk

The boring parts, done properly

Aftermarket electronics fail in the market for one reason: sellers treat EU product safety as an afterthought. We treat it as the product.

Named EU responsible person

A real, contactable entity established in the EU, named on the label and in the documentation, as GPSR requires.

WEEE & packaging registered

German WEEE registration and LUCID packaging registration held in our own name, plus registrations as we enter further member states.

Product liability & recall cover

A policy that explicitly covers modified and reconditioned goods — most standard policies exclude exactly this, which is how sellers get ruined.

10-year technical file

Schematic, BOM, test records and traceability retained for a decade, per board batch, retrievable on request.

Honest origin labelling

Country of origin and importer declared on every unit. No pretending an aftermarket board is a genuine part.

Trademarks used correctly

Brand names are used for fitment identification only, with a clear non-affiliation statement on every page and every label.

Questions that come up before a first order

Are you an authorised service partner of these brands?

No. We are an independent aftermarket manufacturer. We don't sell genuine OEM parts and we're not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any brand on this site. Brand names appear only to identify which models a board fits.

Is a replacement board as good as the original?

For the boards we produce, usually better — at least at the components that failed. The original design was optimised to a cost target, and the parts that give up first are the ones we uprate. What we don't claim is that it's identical; it's a different, more robust board with the same footprint.

Will I have to modify the cabinet, wiring or firmware?

No, for any model in our verified fitment list. The board matches the original mounting holes, footprint and harness connectors. Where a firmware handshake exists between the board and the host system, we say so on the product page and list the revisions we've verified.

What if I'm not sure which board has failed?

Use our free repair guides to measure the supply rails first. If you'd rather not, photograph the board and the model label, send them to us and we'll tell you which board you need — before you buy anything, including from us.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. Trade pricing starts at 10 units and runs to 55% off retail at 200+ units. We supply repair shops, refurbishers and retailers across the EU and UK, and we're the importer of record, so you inherit no GPSR or WEEE obligations.

Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?

EU orders ship from our European warehouse, usually within 1–2 working days, with duties and import VAT settled by us. UK orders ship from UK stock where available. Other regions are shipped from the EU with local duties payable on delivery.

What if the board fails after I install it?

We replace it. 24 months from delivery against manufacturing defect, no argument about fitment. If a board fails we also want it back — the returned unit gets analysed, and if we find a design weakness the batch is withdrawn and redesigned rather than quietly sold off.

Tell us which model keeps coming back to your bench

Send the model number and, if you have it, a photo of the board. We'll tell you within two working days whether it is in production, in development, or worth tooling up for.
